CRPH Now Hiring - Fiscal Operations Analyst
The SC Center for Rural and Primary Healthcare is pleased to announce the opening of a Fiscal Operations Analyst position. This position will serve a variety of complex administrative and technical support duties, including fiscal management, day-to-day operational and administrative duties, and coordination with multiple areas. - Performs business administration activities for the SC Center for Rural & Primary Healthcare (CRPH), including fiscal management. Performs and completes the fiscal management process for CRPH funded projects, including receiving invoices, working with program managers for approval, tracking, verifying receipt within the grants management system, filing invoices, and completing check requests. Responsible for recording all payments and expenses in appropriate general ledgers for multiple revenue streams.
- Provide fiscal management support for grants and contracts, including purchasing, purchase orders, memos, and other post-award support as needed for the management of the grant/contract. Support includes managing CRPH expense reports for grants awarded to CRPH, including for any awarded evaluation work done by CRPH.
- Perform and complete operational and administrative tasks for the CRPH, including serving as the P-card holder and as office approver for all purchasing activity using the current USC accounting system, maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, and providing HR liaison assistance to CRPH administrative staff, as needed.
- Utilize CRPH grant management software and /or other management and fiscal software, as applicable, for fiscal management processes. Provides operational budgets to the center director and portfolio manager. Provides program-specific budget updates to program managers as needed.

A bachelor’s degree and four or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience, are required. Interested candidates should apply online through the USC Career Center.
